Refund Policy

At Kindi (kindi.club), we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for all paid subscriptions, whether processed through Paystack (South Africa) or Paddle (international).

2. Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 30 days of any payment. This applies to:

  • Your first subscription payment
  • Any subsequent renewal payment

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at kindiapp.club@gmail.com within 30 days of the payment date. Please include:

  • The email address associated with your Kindi account
  • The date of the payment you would like refunded

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed by your payment provider (Paystack or Paddle). Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider but typically take 5–10 business days.

5. After a Refund

If a refund is issued for your current billing period, your subscription will be cancelled. Your account will revert to the free tier, which supports up to 10 enrolled children. If your school has more than 10 children enrolled, premium features will be disabled but your data will be retained. You can re-subscribe at any time to restore full access.
