Support
We're a small team and we answer every message.
Contact us
Email support@kindi.club and we'll reply within one business day (Monday–Friday, South African time).
It helps if you tell us your school's name, your role (parent, teacher or admin), and what you were doing when the problem happened.
Reporting a message, photo or post
Kindi is a closed app — only staff and parents your school has invited can see or post anything, and every account is issued by the school itself. If something posted in your school is offensive, inappropriate or shouldn't be there, you have three ways to report it:
- In the app, tap the “…” menu on a photo, post or announcement — or press and hold a message — and choose Report. Pick a reason, add a note if you want, and it goes straight to your school's administrators.
- Tell your school's administrator or principal. They can remove any message, photo or post in their school, and can suspend an account that is being misused.
- Or email support@kindi.club if you would rather report it to us, or if the person you'd normally report to is the problem.
We aim to review reports of objectionable content within 24 hours and will remove anything that breaches our Terms. Serious cases can result in an account losing access to Kindi.
Most schools also review teacher posts, photos and messages before parents see them. Administrators can change this under Admin › Moderation.
Deleting your account
You can request deletion from More › Delete my account in the app, or by emailing support@kindi.club. Personal information is removed within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy. Records your school is legally required to keep — fee history, for example — are retained by the school.
Common questions
I can't sign up. Kindi accounts are issued by your school — there's no public sign-up. Ask your school to send you an invitation.
I didn't get my invitation. Check your spam folder, then ask your school to resend it. Invitations go to the exact email address the school has on file for you.
I can't see my child. Children are linked to guardians by the school. Ask your school's admin to check that your account is linked to the right child.
A payment didn't go through. Card payments are processed by Paystack on your school's own account. Email us with the invoice number and we'll trace it.
